Where can I hang this mirror?
The Richmond looks perfect when hung above the fireplace, as intended. Especially when dressing the base on the mantle with candles, photographs and ornaments. It had a charm to it and is the perfect piece for creating a focal point within the living room or bedroom the fireplace is in.
If you’d like a different placement, we highly recommend hanging the Richmond in a bedroom above a dressing table or chest of drawers. This creates a ‘zone’ for getting ready and is a great way to make a vanity table at home.
Is the 5-year guarantee included in the cost?
Of course, we will always include the cost of the 5-year guarantee with the overall price of your mirror. Should your mirror arrive and you are not happy, contact our customer service team and they’ll be happy to assist you.
How should I clean and care for the mirror?
Cleaning the Richmond is easy, simply dust its frame at least once a month. To clean the glass you will need a microfibre cloth and a glass cleaner. When you wipe down the glass avoid wiping in circular motions as this usually causes streaks of product to appear.
How is the mirror packaged to ensure it doesn’t break in transit?
The Richmond is carefully wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and then placed into a box which has reinforced corner edging in it. This stops the mirror from slipping around whilst in transit. We work alongside a fragile goods courier, who has expertise in handling delicate products. If your mirror arrives with any damages, contact our customer service team immediately and they will deploy a replacement with haste.
