Placing an Order

Orders can be placed online or with our UK based sales team.

It’s quick and easy to place your order online. Simply find the product(s) you would like to buy, click on the add to basket button. Once your basket holds everything you would like to order, simply click on ‘check out now’ to enter your delivery and payment details.

We offer various ways to pay for your order, including: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal.

You can also spread the cost of your order with Klarna and PayPal Pal Later.

The discount code can be entered at either the shopping cart or checkout page.

Checkout: the code can be entered at the top of the page, above ‘billing details’

Unfortunately, we only allow one promotional code per order.

Yes, discount codes can be applied to products that are on sale.

We regularly check our prices against other online retailers. In fact, we’re so confident that our prices are the lowest, if you can find a like-for-like product at a lower price, we’ll do our very best to match it.

All we ask is:

  • The product on our competitor’s site must be identical to the one we sell (brand, specification and size must be exactly the same)
  • Our competitor’s product must be in stock or have the same lead-time
  • We are able to confirm the availability and validity of the lower price on our competitor’s website
  • You haven’t already purchased the product which you wish to price match
  • Unfortunately we cannot retrospectively price match e.g. if you have already purchased a product from us before finding an identical product sold at a lower price.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, however once they have left our warehouse they can no longer be cancelled and will be processed as a return. Our returns procedure can be viewed here


All orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE

Dependent on the mirror ordered and stock availability, we can deliver orders placed by 12pm, the next working day. The products available on the next day service are listed with ‘2 working day delivery’ on the product page.

The delivery lead-time varies from next day to up to 10 working days. The delivery lead-time for each mirror is displayed on the product page.

Advanced order allows you to secure the stock on our bestselling items before they arrive into our warehouse. When your item arrives into stock, it will be shipped as a priority and you will receive an email confirmation that it is on its way.

Delivery of smaller mirrors delivered on a next day service is made to the external door of the property only.

However, a large majority of deliveries of our larger mirrors, delivery can be made to room of choice. This is restricted to the first floor, if you would like your mirror delivering above the first floor please contact us to discuss.

Yes, when order is shipped, you will receive email communication containing your tracking information.

If you have ordered a large mirror, that has a 5 – 10 working day lead-time, the courier will contact you directly to confirm your delivery date.

If you have received an email from us to say your order is on its way, unfortunately, the delivery date cannot be changed.

Once we have received your order will contact you to offer the option of sending the items that are available straight away, or if you’d prefer to only have one delivery, we can send the complete order together once the advanced order item is ready to be shipped.

Yes, we can leave the mirror at your request, please email us with the instructions of where you would like your mirror leaving and we will pass this onto the courier.

Regrettably, due to the fragile nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer a delivery service outside of the UK mainland and to the following postcode areas:   BT, IV & KW.


You can exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

Exchanged items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. In most cases we’ll ask you to place a new order before we can arrange collection of your unwanted item.

Delivery of your new item will be made free of charge, however there is a charge for the transportation of the unwanted item back to our warehouse. See our return charges for further details.

If you simply aren’t happy with the look, style or size of your mirror, we offer a 14 day returns and refund policy.  All we ask is that the mirror hasn’t been hung, is not damaged in any way and is the original packaging. Please take images to show this before repacking your mirror for return.

Simply email the team, your order number and images to show the mirror is as it was received and has been repackaged as it was received. For your convenience, we will arrange for your mirror(s) to be collected and the service available to you will depend on the size of the mirror(s) being returned. Return labels are not required as the return will be associated with your original delivery label. Please see our return charges for charges associated with the return. The return charge will be deducted from the refund once we have received and processed your return.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the order back into our warehouse.
