Terms & Conditions


  • These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the customer or you). We are “BMB Enterprises Trading Limited” whose trading name is “The Online Mirror Shop” a company registered in England and Wales under number 11474090, our registered address is Unit 23 Factory Trading Estate, Argyle Street, Hull HU3 1HD (the supplier, us or we)
  • These are the terms on which we sell Goods to you. By ordering of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Goods from the website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.


  • Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of Goods
  • Goods means the advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the order
  • Order means the Customer’s order for the Goods from the supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website
  • Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website
  • Website means our website www.theonlinemirrorshop.com on which goods are advertised


  • The description of goods is as set out in the Website, brochures or any other form of advertisement
  • Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size or colour of the Goods supplied
  • In the case of any goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate
  • All goods which appear on the website are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement

Personal Information

  • We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy
  • We may contact you by using email, any other electronic communication methods and by post and you expressly agree to this

Basis of sale

  • When an order has been submitted on the Website, we reserve the right to reject it for any reason, although we will notify you of the reason without delay
  • The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly
  • A contract will be formed for the sale of Goods ordered only when you have received an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation) You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us of any errors immediately. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order, you agree to us providing you with confirmation of the contract by means of an email which includes all information (i.e. Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation by email upon placing the Order, if not received within a reasonable period of time, please check spam/junk files
  • Any quotation is valid for a maximum period of 30 days from its date, unless we specify otherwise
  • No variation of the Contract, whether about description of Goods, Pricing or other charges, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier
  • We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be better for you
  • The supplier does not exclude liability for any fraudulent act or omission, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations. Subject to this, the Supplier is not liable for loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the contract was made, or loss to the Customers business, trade or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because the Supplier believes the Customer is not buying the Goods for its business, trade or profession

Price and Payment

  • The price you will pay for the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges that is set out on the Website at the date and time of the Order
  • Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order
  • You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and payment will be taken immediately or otherwise, before the delivery of the Goods
  • Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

Price Match

We regularly check our prices against other online retailers. In fact, we’re so confident that our prices are the lowest, if you can find a like-for-like product at a lower price, we’ll do our very best to match it.

All we ask is:

  • The product on our competitor’s site must be identical to the one we sell (brand, specification and size must be exactly the same)
  • Our competitor’s product must be in stock or have the same lead-time
  • We are able to confirm the availability and validity of the lower price on our competitor’s website
  • You haven’t already purchased the product which you wish to price match
  • Unfortunately we cannot retrospectively price match e.g. if you have already purchased a product from us before finding an identical product sold at a lower price.


  • We will deliver the Goods to the address as set out in the Order within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more that than 30 days
  • We do not generally deliver to addresses outside of the UK. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any import duties or any other taxes, we will not be liable for these costs
  • You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments we suffer a shortage of stock caused by manufacturer delay or any other genuine and fair reason, you are not liable for any extra charges
  • If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them. This charge is £12.99 for items under 1 metre in length, £24.99 for items over 1 metre and £39.99 for items over 2 metres. Should the order be cancelled, this fee will be deducted from the total refund value
  • The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection.
  • You must examine the goods and report any issues within 48 hours, we reserve the right to request photographic proof of any reported damages or product defects. Damages will not be accepted after the mirror is hung
  • Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you


  • You can cancel the Contract except for any Goods which are made to order by telling us no later than 14 calendar days from the date the Contract was entered into, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us any reason, and without liability
  • To exercise the right to cancel you must notify us by phone or email
  • Once your order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled and would be treated as a returned order
  • This is a distance contract which has cancellations rights. These cancellation rights, however, do not apply to a contract that may include Goods that are made to your specifications
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days of the date of cancellation
  • We will make the reimbursement by the same method as payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you have specified otherwise


  • If you have received goods in relation to an Order you have cancelled, you must refuse the goods at point of delivery or hand them over to us without delay
  • You have the right to return Goods within 14 days of acceptance of delivery, providing the goods have not been installed, are in the original packaging and fit for resale
  • All returned items must be re-packed securely using the original product packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item returned in a non-resaleable condition.
  • You will be required to cover transportation costs of the return. The return charge is £12.99 for items under 1 metre in length, £24.99 for items over 1 metre and £39.99 for items over 2 metres.
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days of the date of receiving the Goods back from you
  • We will make the reimbursement by the same method as payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you have specified otherwise


  • We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection with regard to your personal information
  • These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy
  • We are a Data Controller of the Personal Data we Process in providing Goods to you

  • In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
