How should I clean and care for the Casablanca to ensure its longevity?

Cleaning your Casablanca is easy, ensure you dust and polish routinely. We use a 1:4 solution of vinegar and water to polish the glass, but you can also use a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth. For the best results wipe in horizontal or vertical motions and avoid wiping in circles as it tends to create streaks.

How is the mirror packaged for delivery to ensure it does not break in transit?

To ensure your mirror is secure for transit, we use additional layers of bubble wrap and extra secure corner edging, taking every precaution to prevent damage. We aim to shield our mirrors from any chips, cracks, or breakage during their delivery. However, if your mirror does incur damage, contact our customer services and we’ll hastily organise a replacement.
