Where can I hang this mirror?

The Chatsworth can be hung anywhere you would like in your home, we have a few suggestions, however. Placing your Chatsworh across from a window or door in an entryway, as this allows for the optimal amount of light to ricochet around the room.

Alternatively, the Chatsworth can be lent against your bedroom wall, near a dressing table as, it is not only convenient for checking outfits but is also a really brilliant accessory for complimenting both traditional and modern style interiors.

Is the 5-year guarantee included in the cost?

It is always included in the price of the Chatsworth. If your mirror has arrived and you’re not happy, contact us immediately so we can help you resolve the matter.

How do I clean the mirror?

You’ll need a glass cleaning solution, duster and cloth. Start by dusting the frame, making sure to get all bits of dust removed before proceeding with the cleaning solution. When you spray, spray the solution into the cloth or onto the mirror at arm’s length. Then as you move on wiping down the mirror, aim to avoid any circular movements as this creates streaks along the glass.

How do you package the mirror to ensure it doesn’t break?

To make sure our mirrors don’t break we take precautions. We start the process by encasing the mirror in bubble wrap, this cushions the mirror whilst in the box. This is followed by corner edging being inserted within each corner to prevent any slipping around. With our bigger mirrors, we work alongside a fragile goods courier, they ensure it is handled with care.

Should your mirror arrive and there are any cracks, chips, splits or breaks, then contact us immediately and we will coordinate a replacement to be sent out to you.
